Since 1866, we have perfected a proprietary eco-friendly distillation process and plant-to-bottle manufacturing, to capture power of the witch hazel plant, from nature for generations of beautiful skin and for generations to come.

Distillation is the only recognized production method for producing the highest quality, clinical grade witch hazel. Our 100% natural, distilled witch hazel captures the purest most therapeutic extracts and never contains additives such as dyes, sulfates, parabens or phthalates and gluten. We offer an assortment of formulas to work for all skin types — including toners free of fragrances and alcohol.

Dickinson’s Skincare has been using the same powerful witch hazel formula since 1866. To this day, our refreshing toners are the only gently cleansing, oil-controlling skincare products made from using this authentic witch hazel formula as the primary ingredient. According to USP (the organization that sets the standards for strength and purity of active natural ingredients), the most potent, therapeutic extracts come from the bark and twigs of mature, dormant witch hazel plants – not from young farmed plants nor from leaves since they lack the effective components of the plant. This ensures that the purest, most efficacious extracts make their way into each product so that we always deliver the highest quality witch hazel skincare to you.
