Why is there no expiration date on Dickinson's products?

Cosmetic manufacturing guidelines do not require that our products have expiration dating. All of our products, however, go through rigorous testing to ensure quality, safety and stability of at least two years (and in many cases exceeding three years!) though we trust you’ll love them enough that you’ll use them up long before then.

Cosmetic products are required to list ingredients in descending order of concentration. If water is listed as the first ingredient, it’s not powered by genuine Witch Hazel!
